In addition, you will also Worked with elderly persons in related personal training, group movement classes and/or rehabilitation activities that foster safe activities to restore positive health outcomes. You are passionate about working with elderly persons, offer a compassionate, high empathy and caring personality that brings happiness and joy to your clients in a respectful and safe manner at all times. You might have a related qualification in fitness, health or related healthcare field, the lifestyle qualification which is also eligible is called a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health. Excellent safety awareness to avoid clients tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears! Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and always follow strict safety procedures to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
